Do girls care if you're a virgin, even if they're not?

I recently met this girl who've I become very fond of, but there's one thing that's been bothering me. I'm a virgin and she's not. In fact she's had with 5 people. What I want to know is if that's going to hinder our relationship/deter her from wanting anything to do with me? (she doesn't know I'm a virgin by the way)
