Need translation from Spanish to English

Ok, so I'm looking up what's coming on TV later and I come across this Spanish TV show. I've taken many years of Spanish but still have lots of trouble. I decided to see what it was about and was somewhat able to translate it but it doesn't really make sense. I think its kind of lost in translation, so to speak, for me. The title, which gives me the most trouble is ?Que Nos Pasa? and the description is Comedia acerca de la realidad de la vida sin tabues. I think it is about the realities of life without taboos and maybe the title is What Happend to Us? But I'm not really sure...maybe I'll watch it tonight and really get confused some more!!! Translation anyone? Has anyone seen it? Is it like that National Geographic show about taboos from other cultures???
