ok im starting cardio kickboxing i eat on average 2000 calories a day my kickboxing sessios are mon tues thurs and sat and are for 1 hour each we do some pretty intense stuff and i also do track but right now its the off season so i run like 3-4 miles a week i weigh 115 lbs and im 5'3 and im 16 im not trying to lose weight but i heard that you lsoe a lot from kickboxing? how much do you think that ill lose after a month of this? everyone tells me that ill get anorexicaly skinny! so yea how much is a good estimation?
