I am in love with one of my straight friend nd i am bi. How do i tell him i love him?

I am nearly 16 and am biual. I hav gone through the curious stage. I have recently had strong feelings for my friend hu says he is straight even tho he touches me and fools around a bit. He knows i am bi. We r great friends nd i dont want to ruin that by telling him and getting rejected. What should I do?
