Is it better to live in a religiously dominated government or a human representative secular government?

What God? What religion? It's no shame to be human and feel alone in the midst of this great cosmos! I respect all traditions that seek to provide comfort from our loneliness. I detest the we are "chosen" mentality. This is the source of true human menace on this planet.
