We just got baby chicks...?

we have 2 barred plymouth rock chicks, a white plymouth rock chick, a cornish hen and a light brahma chick. they r really cool. we just got them last night and today. i went into the coop and hand fed them worms and some of them are a little brave but the others i have to like, throw food to them. but anyway HERES THE QUESTION: How can i get them to be not afraid of humans, they r still very tiny and its their first day, but i want them to be like real pets.
