What kind of guitar should i get between 300-400ish dollars?

well i dropped 650 on a epiphone sg prophecy..great color and plays well..i lowered the action on it so now it play alot better with hammerons tappin etc...and it comes with emg pick ups...great pick ups for me it was worth it..i liked playing metal alot but i reached out and now play alot of different styles jazz some clical..metallica and tool great bands!! haha...u sdhould try to get a guitar that u would want to play for a really really long time..so it may be more expensive try to save up longer if u can...and just try out different guitars at the guitar center...and after that get a good amp...i got a marshall jcm 2000 set up amp head and cab at my house with one pedal DL4 delay its pretty sweet
