When is this years oscar awards and do you think heath ledger will get nominated?

The Oscars are in February and there is a good chance Heath Ledger will be nominated. There are actually plans to re-release the movie in the theaters in order to keep it fresh in the minds of Oscar voters since it came out earlier in the year.
