ok im starting cardio kickboxing i eat on average 2000 calories a day my kickboxing sessios are mon tues thurs and sat and are for 1 hour each we do some pretty intense stuff and i also do track but right now its the off season so i run like 3-4 miles a week i weigh 115 lbs and im 5'3 and im 16 im not trying to lose weight but i heard that you lsoe a lot from kickboxing? how much do you think that ill lose after a month of this? everyone tells me that ill get anorexicaly skinny! so yea how much is a good estimation?

Severe Anxiety/Post Partum Depression! Boyfriend doesn't understand! HELP PLZ!?

I had a baby in January. I was getting worried because my ex was coming around asking about my 3 yr. old. I talked to the doc about anxiety, she put me on 50 mg. zoloft. Within a month, my boyfriend and I were arguing more, I got jealous easy, anxiety wasnt helped and I became depressed. Doc put me on 100 mg. I have had panic attacks 3 times a week and get angry so easily/fighting with boyfriend all the time (never fought before this) He things meds are making me more crazy. I agree to an extent. I called doc again in hysterical in desperation after another attack. She told me 150mg. of zoloft. I said no, i dont want to take it anymore. She said Wellbutrin. I said the only thing I want to try is BusPar, (I read its good for anxiety and non-addicting)...Although actually I really dont want to take a pill everyday, I feel like I cry all the time because I cant control my anxiety, its a vicious cycle. I beg my boyfriend to understand, he in turn blows up at me!? What I really want is to get off all meds and just something like a valium or xanax for the time being until it dissipates. My doc wont do it. Why do I have to feel guilty to get treated for this when I clearly need it. I havent tried the buspar yet but I cannot bear to take something else that is going to make it worse. My relationship is in crumbles. I need advice please

Is it safe to machine wash Macbeth shoes?

Just try to clean them with a wet rag or something similar to be safe. I have never personally owned a pair of Macbeths but I have friends who have and they have fallen apart fairly easily. My personal experience with skate shoes is to just not wash them. Every pair of DC i have owned and washed fell apart, my Elements shrank, my Etnies got a hole in them in the wash, my Fallen got warped, its just not a good list for me. Also if your Macbeths were super expensive you may want to look into where you got them, back in the day when they first started they were pretty cheap because they were made for struggling skaters/musicians who needed fashionable and comfortable shoes on the cheap

First advise, if you don't want it to be done to you, don't do it to another girl. Talk to him, have some self respect, from what you say, he is interested in you, but why is he with someone else? I don't think you should ruin this relation ship, if he really likes you, let him realize that he rather be with you, trust me, its not a good thing for you to get in between relation ships, you will end up hurting this girls feelings too.

Why is The Last Airbender full of white people?

Why did they cast primarily white actors for the feature film adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender? Despite their personal names I theorize that Waterbenders are Inuit or Eskimos, Firebenders are Mandarin or Japanese [Sun worshipers = Mayan or Aztec], Earthbenders are Southern Chinese (perhaps Guangdong), and Airbenders are Tibetan. The various names have Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Indochinese origin. So, how do these ingredients equal Anglo-Saxon? Is it because it is an American film? I thought Hollywood matured past nonsense like this. This casting isn't even an ethnic mix of protagonists. And they only cast young Mr. Patel by default. Was it really that hard to find young Asian-American actors who also are willing to study martial arts for a big summer movie? I mean, there were more Asian voice actors in Kung-Fu Panda (That movie was superb by the way.) I understand that your race has nothing to do with behavior or individual personality, but I'm talking about this grevious are of casting as relates to the original work. I mean what if the Lord of the Rings was casted with all Asian or African Actors; no matter how wonderfully acted. Wouldn't that look a tad off?

Reflection on The Great Gatsby?

The Great Gatsby is a reflection of the American Dream. Gatsby's life goal was to get enough money to please Daisy. In the end, though, Gatsby was killed due to Daisy's (fatal) mistake, and Daisy and Tom went about life as though nothing had ever happened. My interpretation is that happiness CANNOT be bought with money, and Gatsby's death is furthur proof of the superficial realities of the American Dream. That's how I saw it, anyway.
