Can the United States make every other state raise the age of adulthood back to 21?

It was a mistake for any state to lower it below 21 in the first place it should have stayed 21 in every state.18-20 is perfect to go to college and get experience but actually an adult NO 21 is a more appropiate age of adulthood since the bran is developing into the mid twenties but one age for all adult rights including drinking age 21 its perfect.In Mississippi the legal age is 21 in Alabama and Nebraska its 19 and do you think it was a mistake?
