Guess what I saw this morning?

This morning when I was walking to work I saw a huge dog poo with a perfect footprint in it (there was then quite a few 'sc' marks further up on the pavement where the poor victim had attempted to wipe off the substance). What is the funniest thing you have seen on your way to work in the morning?
