Help im dying and i haven't told them!?

some of my friends went to spain and they are stuck there and i told one of my friend that went that i was dying but im afraid that i will die before they get back and with the volcano eruption it could be a while before they return...i really wish i had said goodbye..now im gonna regret this..help!! and one of them doesn't even know..i feel terrible
