How often will Obama play the "race card" in his reelection campaign? Bigot, s, hater of poor?

I think elections altogether are a big waste of time.I honestly don't believe we choose who goes into office,other people of "higher" importance do,idk call me crazy.By the way, if you trust what the media and politicians say then you're at their mercy...So Obama playing the "race card" has nothing to do with him being re-elected.I just hope that we have a new "president" ,if he's really the one who's in charge.
