Just look at what you have learned from all this. If it were me I would confront him, then dump him and cut the ties. Why spare his feelings he isn't sparing yours. You deserve to have a man who doesn't cheat on you, and they are out there. You never have to settle for less than what you deserve. If its not th first time, it won't be the last time. Best to get away from it now before you marry him an have children. This guy is not a keeper.
