Please help me im panicking!?

okay so i started school late and i didn't know i had my research seminar this semester, and my teacher gave me until friday to have a topic on which i have to do research. i have to be able to give a 12 minute presentation on it, show applied learning (model of some sort, brochure...everyone does this..., video, etc...), and have 2 outside contacts i need help choosing a topic, it can't be on abortion, hip hop, video games, prostitution, you know anything inappropriate for high school. i had some ideas but i realized that i wouldn't have enough for a presentation and for my project i have to have some sort of question i want to answer or some specific topic i want to learn more about. like this girl last year did it on the skills needed to be a chef and for her applied learning she baked a cake for the judges. please help me i would REALLY appreciate it.
