Sunsilk users please help?

I tried the TLC version and it did in-fact make my hair wicked soft & you cannot see any damage. The only problem? It's now flat & limp looking & has no body :( So, my question is, has anyone tried the Anti-Flat version? If so, does it still condition your hair enough to make it soft, not dry & hide damage like the TLC one does? What type of volume does it give? Slight volume, or does it make your hair look poofy? It's on sale this week at CVS so I want to give it a try if it will work, but, don't wnat to waste my $$ if it won't (as I'm saving up to buy a condo, so I don't want to go around spending $$ on something taht may not work)
